I’m Andrea Massey, a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist based in Hove. I trained with The Clifton Practice (CPHT) and am a registered member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH).

One hour
A relaxed conversation about what’s brought you here, your hopes for moving forward and to answer any questions, you have. I will gather relevant background information to help me to understand how best to support you.
We’ll look at what’s happening in the brain in relation to the changes you want to make and how we experience emotions, can affect us and our habits.
You will be given a free audio Mp3 relaxation download, to support the work that we will be doing together.

Step 3: WE BEGIN
These weekly sessions begin with a warm, supportive talking therapy focused on your preferred future, gently building on your existing strengths, even if they feel a little hidden right now. Guided by a blend of NLP, CBT, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, each session then flows into 20–25 minutes of hypnosis and deep, guided relaxation.
