Discovery Call


I encourage all potential clients to book a free discovery phone call which lasts around 15mins. A friendly, no-pressure conversation to explore what’s going on for you, your best hopes for therapy, and to answer any questions you have about working together. This gives you a chance to get to know me a bit and to cover any initial questions you may have.

The next step is to book a free initial consultation.

Initial Consultation

This is free of charge 

Approx one hour. 

It’s a relaxed conversation where we’ll  discuss the reasons why you’re seeking support and the best hopes for moving forward in your life. It’s a good opportunity to ask any questions about the process, so that you can feel comfortable and informed about what will happen and how it will help. 

Next is the gathering of general information such as any medical history, conditions or details that you feel are relevant, so that I can assess how best to help you.

We will look at how the brain works in relation to how we experience emotions in the way that we do. We’ll look at how these emotions can affect us and our habits, and what we can do to change them. Discussions will also include details about what trance is,  how it is a very normal and natural state, just like daydreaming . 

I will also give you an indication of the likely number of sessions that may be required, which will differ depending on your circumstances and the reasons for seeking therapy.

You will be given a free audio Mp3 relaxation audio download,  this will support the work that we will be doing together. Listening to this  between sessions is an important part of the process and can definitely help in facilitating quicker results.

The number of sessions needed will vary depending on what you want help with.



Following sessions 

60 mins 

£65 

Option to prepay for a block of 6 sessions- £325 (saving £65) 

These weekly sessions begin with psychotherapy, SFH a talking therapy where we focus on your prefered future. It is both empathic and nurturing  building on your strengths to overcome challenges, the ability to do so is always there, just possibly hidden at this time. We use a blend of techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and  Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) will help guide you. This is followed by 20/25 mins of hypnosis, deep guided relaxation 

The number of sessions needed will vary depending on what you want help with.

Average course:

  • Anxiety, stress, low mood, depression – 6 to 12 sessions. 

  • Phobias,  4 sessions ( Including the IC) Some phobia’s are more complex to treat and will take more time.  

Smoking/ Vaping  Cessation  – 1 session, 2 hours long

Individual Therapy

For adults seeking support with anxiety, grief, burnout, or simply navigating life. These 1:1 sessions offer deep listening, nervous system tools, and space to explore who you’re becoming.
